Sagar Club Login Problems Fixed

Generic login advice only goes so far. These are nine situations Sagar Club app users actually describe – and what got each of them back in.

1. “It worked yesterday – today the password is wrong”

A keyboard update had switched on auto-capitalisation. Tapping the eye icon showed a capital first letter. Typed in lowercase, it worked instantly.

2. “New phone, can’t log in”

The old phone had been remembering the password; the owner never actually knew it. A two-minute reset with the SMS code solved it.

3. “I changed my SIM number”

Login still worked with the old number, but resets would go to a SIM that no longer existed. Updating the linked number from the profile – while the old SIM was still active – closed that gap.

4. “The Log in button just spins”

Hotel Wi-Fi was waiting for its terms page to be accepted. Opening any website, accepting, then returning to the app fixed it.

5. “It logs me out every few hours”

Battery optimisation was clearing the app’s data. Excluding Sagar Club from battery saver stopped the logouts.

6. “Account does not exist”

The number had been saved in contacts as 098…, and copy-paste carried the zero across. Typing the ten digits by hand worked.

7. “Too many attempts”

Five quick guesses triggered a lock. Waiting half an hour and then resetting – rather than guessing again – got the account back.

8. “I got a login alert I don’t recognise”

Changing the password immediately ended every other session. The cause turned out to be a password reused from another site.

9. “The login page asked for my OTP”

It wasn’t the real login – it was a forwarded copy. Real Sagar Club login never asks for an OTP. The user closed it and changed their password from the real app.

Quick checklist

  • Official app or bookmark.
  • Ten digits, no zero.
  • Eye icon on the password.
  • Reset after two wrong tries.
  • VPN off, good signal.

When to contact support

If you’ve tried the matching fix, waited half an hour and still can’t get in, message customer care from the app’s login screen. Include the exact error, roughly when it started, your device and your UID if you know it.
